Dance Dance Revolution Universe 2: Not Revolutionary

January 7, 2008 | Filed Under Game Reviews | No Comments

Evidently the creators of the Dance Dance Revolution Universe don’t feel the need to change the mechanics of the game, but rather believe that changing track listings will suffice.

For some dancers, this may be just the ticket to hours more enjoyment, shaking their groove thang, but the same game has been sold for the last ten years with little or no upgrades. The burnout factor grows with each new reissue.

As anyone who watches the TV show CSI knows, the attraction is in the oddities of crime the team encounters added to the quirky CSI cast of characters.

CSI: Hard Evidence does just enough with both of these features to make the video game appealing, but if you are one of the few hermits out there who does not watch the show, you will not like this game.

Crash of the Titans: How the Mighty Have Fallen

Crash Bandicoot reappears in this game and his past history dictates the story line to the detriment of the entire game. The cast of characters hasn’t moved the action forward in the least. ArKadian Warriors For the Xbox 360 Game Review

January 1, 2008 | Filed Under Game Reviews | No Comments

One of the issues I had with Arcadian Warriors is its predictability and the fact that it follows formula too strictly. The game is full of hack-slash and little imagination. Those who are used to the genre of action role playing games will find this to be pretty familiar turf.
