Army of Two For The Xbox 360 Game Review

February 22, 2008 | Filed Under Game Reviews | No Comments

Army of Two is available for the Xbox 360 through Electronic Arts at a price of $59.99. This game features smaller iconography which means a less clustered screen. Also a better heads up display presents itself in this game. There is a new lighting model in this game and you notice even subtle touches better due to it.

There are also some other welcome changes in the game. If you are on low health, you can still fight a bit while your partner comes to fix your wounds. Even while shooting, your partner can drag you to safety. There is a bleed out timer than keeps ticking. When it runs out, the game is over.

There is also a great two versus two multiplayer mode in this game. You are dropped into a hostile battle ground in two teams of two. The task is to handle the objectives thrown by the enemy soldiers at you. The team that completes the objectives first wins. After one goal is done the second one is brought up. The way your objectives are thrown at you is pretty random. One easy way to stop the other team is to kill it.

In this game you have a number of things to do. You can assassinate a strong enemy, destroy a chopper, or save an injured soldier. You earn cash for completing each objective and the team which earns the most wins. Some of this money can help you acquire new weapons and upgrades.

Another interesting game from Electronic Arts and perhaps one of the more enjoyable ones around.
