Culdcept is a book that is a blessing in good hands but a potentially universe ending story in the other. On experiencing this game, you realize it is cooler than it sounds. You get to customize your character – a peasant who has great magical power. Your potential is recognized by a princess who takes your help to make good use of Culdcept.
The game is a cross between Magic the Gathering and Monopoly. You engage in many magical quests involving monsters and beasties of all sorts. You also fight a she-pirate. Your intelligence in this game counts for how well you play.
The concept of the game is simple and the element of chance plays a big role in your victory or defeat. Strategical use of cards is important as well as how rent money is spent. This is anything but boring and this game is recommended.
