Mass effect is an offering from Microsoft Corp. Like some other stellar software produced by this giant, Mass effect is a work of well crafted art. It will cost you $59.99 to buy if you decide that it is your thing.
This is a game about a complex galactic plot that throws surprises at you every now and then. The storyline is intense something fans of Star Wars and Star Trek should revel in – that should be about half the world I think.
This offering has really interesting characters, that makes for superb roleplay. You get to have your own customized avatar. You need to save the galaxy from a rebel as Commander Shepard. Customize him as you see fit.
Once you are ready you are faced with a very interesting plot. Humans are not as important as you thought they were. Not only is there no human rep in the galactic council, there is no one in the Elite Sceptre squad either. One of the Sceptre’s goes bad. You follow him across the Milky Way trying to put a stop to his destructive deeds.
The dialogue trees in this offering are excellent. What you choose to say can make or break your effort to save the galaxy. Now that is an interesting way to learn to speak! With excellent animation this game rounds off as a great adventure game. Try it, it will be worth your $59.99.
