Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for Xbox 360 Game Review

If you like great graphics done to a great action plot, then Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is for you. Whether you play it alone, with someone or online, this game does not fail to entertain.

The amazing graphics lend a realism to the game that is very exciting. The way the characters move about is so lifelike. All the different scenario’s – city, beach and snow have an individuality of their own.

With the game being so much fun in single player mode, it does not matter if you play alone, then again it is fun other ways too. I really loved the sound. It kind of transports you to a different world.

There are status alerts on screen that can be easily read and yet do not get in the way of the game. In addition this game can be easily learnt – it does not have a steep learning curve. To win this game you need to use your intellect as well as weapons. It is a test of the real soldier in you, in a sense at least.

Now let me tell you what I did not like in this game. There are too many shapes on screen that have no use whatsoever except as distractions. Pressing the right buttons is a pain in this game – this is due to too many command options.

Overall though, I loved Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter. In addition to the other pro’s, there is a good variety in the vehicles and the helicopter gunner missions are fun. Definitely recommended!
